To adjust print margins for Forms W-2, W-3, or 1099 Adjusting your data to your form is done by trial and error. If you have already adjusted your left margin to 0, you can attempt to print farther to the left by adjusting the All Row Spacing or All Column Spacing in the Adjust Print Wizard or Print Alignment feature from 100%. You can access this feature by clicking the Print Alignment button above the form. If the above fails to correct the problem, we recommend consulting the Web site of your printer’s manufacturer to download and install the latest version of the printer driver for your printer.
